Ingredients

1 organic medium ripe banana

1 organic medium ripe avocado

1⁄4 cup Natural Grocers® Brand Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1⁄4 cup Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Cocoa Powder

1 tablespoon Natural Grocers Brand Raw and Unfiltered Clover Honey

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract, optional

Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Real Salt

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
Alternatively, in a medium mixing bowl, mash the banana (and avocado if using) with a fork until it’s smooth, with minimal lumps. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined and a smooth, pudding-like texture develops.
