Ingredients

6 tablespoons Natural Grocers® Brand Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice from one organic lemon , about 3 tablespoons

1 tablespoon finely minced organic shallot , from one small shallot

1⁄4 cup packed organic basil leaves

1⁄4 cup packed organic parsley leaves (or substitute cilantro)

1⁄4 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Real Salt, to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until nearly smooth. Store in an airtight container.
